アントワープ・シックス（Antwerp Six）は､1980年代にベルギー・アントワープから登場し､世界のファッションシーンに大きな影響を与えた6人のデザイナー集団｡ アントワープ王立芸術アカデミー出身のドリス・ヴァン・ノッテン､アン・ドゥムルメステール､ウォルター・ヴァン・ベイレンドンクらによる実験的かつ独創的な表現は､アントワープを世界的なファッション都市として知らしめた｡

本書は､アントワープ・ファッション博物館（MoMu）で開催された展覧会にあわせて刊行された一冊｡ 各デザイナーの歩みや創作背景を､貴重なヴィジュアルとファッション研究者によるエッセイを通して紹介し､40年にわたるその影響力を振り返る｡ ファッションにおける創造性､大胆さ､革新性を読み解く資料集となっている｡
