Before placing an order through DSMG E-SHOP and E-FLASH, Please read these terms of use carefully and proceed only if you agree to them. Regarding product purchase on this website

To place an order for products, it is required to register and login to the site(E-FLASH does not require registration), and you must follow the procedures outlined under "How to know about DSMG E-SHOP" in the Frequently Asked Question (FAQs).

When placing an order on this site, You will receive an email confirming your order. Please note that this email does not indicate that your order has been finalized. Additionally, for security purposes, a credit card verification process is conducted by the credit card company. Your order may be canceled as a result of this verification. Furthermore, based on the outcome of the report, your order maybe canceled on our website as well.

The confirmation of your order will occur when we send an email after the following conditions are met:

① Confirmation of the payment information for the product

② Confirmation of product availability

At this point, the contract with our company will be considered established.

We do not accept orders for gift bags only.

Stock Availability

All product are subject to stock availability. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will promptly notify you before your order is confirmed.

Price and Payment

The prices displayed in DSMG E-SHOP and E-FLASH include the current consumption tax rate. Shipping fees are not included. Please check the latest shipping fees and delivery times from (FAQs).

When placing an order, please make a payment with a credit card.

Please note that Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay may not be available, so we kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

Cancellation and Returns

Please note that cancellations due to customer reasons for orders placed on DSMG E-SHOP and E-FLASH cannot be accepted, including those before shipment.

About Returns

Please note that Returns due to customer reasons for products purchased on DSMG E-SHOP and E-FLASH cannot be accepted.

However, returns or exchanges will only be accepted for defective items, incorrect shipments, or image listing errors under the following conditions:

If you contact us through the "CONTACT" section on the E-SHOP website within 5 days of delivery.
The item is unused and has its tags attached.
The items includes all accessories and the delivery note.

If the items is returned using the designated method, it will be exchanged for the correct product. However, exchanges for other products, colors, or sizes are not possible. If the desired product is out of stock, a refund will be issued. Additionally, if a product purchased in store has a defect, please contact the store directly.

About Exchanges

On DSMG E-SHOP and E-FLASH, we only accept size exchanges for the same product (including the same color) within 14 days from the date of order, depending on stock availability. If the items is out of stock on our website, exchanges and returns will not be possible, so we kindly ask for your understanding in advance. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return procedure and specify your desire for an exchange in your email. (Exchanges are limited to one per order.)

Please note that exchanges for sale items are not accepted.

For products not listed in the size guide, please contact us through our website. For items in stock on our website, w will promptly check availability. Please note that we are unable to respond on weekends and public holidays.

For products that are in stock on our website, we will investigate promptly.

The exchange item will be shipped after the returned product is received and undergoes a quality control check. In this case, any amount charged to your credit card will be promptly refunded to your account within 30 days from the order date.

For product exchanges, you are responsible for the return procedure and shipping costs. All items for exchange must be returned within 10 business days from the receipt of the product. Please click here, fill in the required information, and send it by email. DSMG E-SHOP will issue a product return number. After obtaining this number, please follow the instructions provided in the email. Products cannot be returned without obtaining a product return number.

Product exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the products. After this period, exchanges will not be accepted. When returning all or part of your order, please ensure that the product return number is written on the package and include a copy of the receipt.

Legally, the purchaser has an obligation to handle the products with the care of a good custodian while in their possession. Failure to fulfill this obligation may affect the eligibility for a refund. Please ensure that product tags and hygiene seals are not removed until you are satisfied with the product. When returning items, please pack them in the same condition as when they were delivered, and for shoes, return them in the original box.

The following items may not be eligible for exchange.

Made to order items or products that have been customized at the customer's request.

Except when the product is in its original condition with a protective oil attached or is free of any stains and in a sellable condition, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of beauty products, perfumes, women's and men's underwear, swimsuits, bikini bottoms, or earrings.

In case that the item you ordered is missing a tag, please notify us by email on the same day. We strongly recommend throughly checking the entire garment before removing any tags or discarding the original packaging.

About Refund

Refunds will be processed through the credit card company. Please note that depending on the credit card company's procedures, it may take some time for the refund to be completed. If you have any questions about the refund amount listed on your statement, please contact your credit card company.

When returning items, we strongly recommend keeping the shipping receipt or other documentation from the carrier used. We cannot be held responsible for any loss during shipping, so we ask that you take out insurance for your own protection. Refunds or shipping cost refund will only be issued if the returned product is defective.

Defective Product

All products returned as defective will be inspected. Products that appear to have normal wear and tear will not be accepted as defective. For products that are defective but deemed repairable, repairs will be made only upon request. Please note that repaired items will be excluded from the warranty. Defective products will be exchanged if stock is available. Exchanges for defective products will be for the same item and size. If you wish to exchange the product, please clearly indicate your intent to exchange when filling out the product return number application form.

The items you ordered will be inspected upon arrival and before shipment. However, if a defective item is found, we will exchange the product. If an exchange is not possible, we will refund the purchase price and any shipping costs incurred. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Refunds to your credit card may take up to 30 days and will be processed according to the refund policies of the credit card company you used.

Legal Obligation

Our liability for any loss suffered by the customer due to a breach of this contract by our company is limited to the purchase price of the product purchased and the foreseeable losses resulting from our breach of contract. Foreseeable losses refer to the losses that both the customer and our company could have anticipated at the time the customer's order was accepted by us.

These terms of use do not limit the customer's rights under applicable law, nor do they limit our liability for compensation related to death or injury resulting from fraud, misrepresentation, or our negligence.
