Faulty or Wrong Item Received?

A product will only be considered defective if it is found to be damaged upon receipt from DSMG E-SHOP or E-FLASH. All items returned as defective will be inspected, and products that appear to have normal wear and tear will not be accepted as defective. For products deemed defective but repairable, repairs will be made only upon request. Please note that repaired items will not be covered under warranty.

All items of require a product return number. After obtaining this number, please follow the instructions provided in the email. Products cannot be returned without a product return number, and we reserve the right to refuse or return any unidentified returned items.

Defective products will be exchanged if stock is available. Exchanges for defective products will be for the same items and size. If you wish to exchange a product, please clearly indicate your request when filling out the product return number application form.
