Exchanges

At DSMG E-SHOP, size exchanges are available only for the same product, and exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receiving the order, depending on stock availability. If the items is out of stock on our website, exchanges and returns cannot be accepted, so we kindly ask for your understanding in advance. If you wish to exchange the product, please follow the return procedure below and clearly indicate your desire for an exchange in your email. (Exchanges are limited one per order.)

Please note that exchanges for SALE items are not accepted.

Exchanges with physical stores are also not accepted.

For products not listed in the size guide, please contact us through our website. If the item is in stock on our website, we will investigate promptly.

Exchanged products will be shipped after the returned item is received and undergoes a quality control check. In this case, any amount charged to your credit card will be promptly refunded to your account within 30 days from the order date. 

For product exchanges, you are responsible for the return procedure and shipping costs. All items for exchange must be returned within 10 business days of receiving the product ここをクリックして必要事項を記入の上、Eメールにて送信願います。DSMG E-SHOP will issue a product return number. After obtaining this number, please follow the instructions provided in the email. Products cannot be returned without obtaining a product return number.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product. Returns will not be accepted after this period. When returning all or part of your order, please ensure that the product return number is written on the package, and include a copy of the receipt.

Legally, the purchaser is obligated to handle the products with the care of a good custodian while in their possession. Failure to fulfill this obligation may affect your eligibility for a refund. Please refrain from removing product tags or hygiene seals until you are satisfied with the product. Returned items must be packed in the same condition as when they were delivered, and shoes should be returned in their original box.

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

Made to order items or products that have been altered at the customer's request.

Beauty products, perfumes, women's and men's underwear , swimsuits, bikini bottoms, and earrings cannot be retuned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is in its original condition with a protective film attached or is free from any stains and in a sellable conditions.

In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is missing a tag, please notify us by email on the same day. We strongly recommend throughly checking the entire garment before removing any tags or discarding the original packaging.
