About Cancellation
We are unable to accept cancellations for orders placed on DSMG E-SHOP and E-FLASH, including before shipment. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
About Returns
At DSMG E-SHOP, we do not accept returns for customer reasons.
However, returns and exchanges will only be accepted for defective items or incorrect shipments, provided all the following conditions are met:
- Contact us by the "CONTACT" section on the E-SHOP website within 5 days of receipt.
- The item is unused and has its tags attached.
- All accessories and the delivery note are included.
If the item is returned using our specified method, it will be exchanges for other products. Please note that exchanges for other products, colors, or sizes are not possible. A refund will only be provided if the desired item is out of stock. Additionally, if a product purchased in store is defective, please contact the store directly.
About Exchanges
At DSMG E-SHOP, size exchanges are only available for the same product(including the same color) and can be processed within 14 days of receiving the order, depending on stock availability. If you wish to exchange the product, please follow the return procedure below and clearly indicate your desire for an exchange in your email. (Exchanges are limited to one per order.)
Returns and exchanges for SALE items are not accepted.
For products not listed in the size guide, please contact us through our website. If the item is in stock on our website, we will investigate promptly.
Exchanged products will be shipped after the returned item is received and undergoes a quality control check. In this case, any amount charged to your credit card will be promptly refunded to your account within 30 days from the order date.
For products exchanges, you are responsible for the return procedure and shipping costs. After obtaining this number, please follow the instructions provided in the email. Products cannot be returned without obtaining a product return number.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product. We cannot accept exchanges after this period. When returning all or part of your order, Please ensure that the product return number is written on the package, and include a copy of the receipt.
Legally, the purchaser is obligated to handle the products with the care of a good custodian while in their possession. Failure to fulfill this obligation may affect your eligibility for a refund. Please refrain from removing product tags or hygiene seals until you are satisfied with the product. Returned items must be packed in the same condition as when they were delivered, and shoes should be returned in their original box.
Please note that items listed as non exchangeable on the product page cannot be exchanged for customer reasons.
The following items may not be eligible for exchange:
Made to order items or products that have been altered at the customer's request.
Beauty products, perfumes, women's and men's underwear, swimsuits, bikini bottoms, and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is in its original condition with a protective film attached or is free from any stains and in a sellable condition.
In case that the item you ordered is missing a tag, please notify us by email on the same day. We strongly recommend throughly checking the entire garment before removing any tags or discarding the original packaging.

About Refunds
Refunds will be processed through the credit card company. Please note that the refund may take some time depending on the credit card company's procedures. If you have any questions regarding the refund amount listed on your statement, please contact your credit card company for clarification.
When returning items, we strongly recommend keeping the shipping receipt or other documentation from the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for any loss during shipping, so we ask that you take out insurance for your own protection. Refunds or shipping cost refunds will only be issued if the returned product is defective.
